Some quick tips in case some people don't know.
When you kill a Raid Boss, you get locked from killing him again and loot him until its reset. You will be tied to the group you killed him together.
On Secret of Discovery (SoD), we are having a raid reset every 3 days.
So, next reset are on the following days:
Feb. 7, 2024
Feb 10, 2024
Feb. 13, 2024
Feb. 17, 2024
Feb. 20, 2024
Feb. 23, 2024
Feb. 26, 2024
Feb. 29, 2024
You can always go to wowhead.com/classic to check raid reset timers, it is displayed in the front page.
Also, you can type /raidinfo to see what you are locked in and how long until it is reset again. Notice that this only works if you are locked to a raid boss, if not, it shows a message saying you don't have any lockout.
As for LOGGING:
You should enable WoW to log doing as follow:
Go to the Network pane of System preferences in-game. Advanced Combat Logging must be turned on before you do any logging! To enable combat logging in World of Warcraft, just go to your chat window and type /combatlog
(source:warcraftlogs)
Then you will be able to see your stats on sod.warcraftlogs.com/
The SoD section of Warcraftlogs.com.
Also from their website:
Are there add-ons to help me with combat logging?
Yes. You can use add-ons like Loggerhead, DBM or Ask Mr. Robot to have logging turn on automatically in raids and turn off when you leave. It is very important when using Warcraft Logs that you log the entire raid though. DBM's auto logging feature, for example, only logs bosses, and this will cause it to not log pet summons. This can lead to problems where pets won't be connected with owners.
If possible we always recommend that you log the entire raid night. Do not leave trash and events that occur outside of the combat out of the log.
Uploading Logs
In order to upload logs to the Web site, you use a client application. This application can be obtained here. If you have any issues getting the application to launch or install, we encourage you to go to the forums for
assistance, since it's likely someone else has encountered the same issue and can help.

BTW, I haven't logged any of my raids, cause I'm dumb...
Feel free to correct or add anything. Thanks!
